7 Things to Watch on Netflix This Month

Martin and I got pretty bored of Netflix and committed fully to watching The Office. We tried really hard to find some gems in between, though and I think we succeeded! Definitely take a look at our seven picks to watch this month.

The Fundamentals of Caring
Anything I see with Paul Rudd in it I’m instantly going to click on. (Even though he’ll always be Crap Bag to me). Selena Gomez AKA my ultimate girl crush, was a welcome surprise too. I loved this honest and genuinely funny story of a guy with no caring experience becoming a carer – in the same vane as Me Before You but less sickeningly romantic and weepy.

Before We Go
I had no idea what to expect from this film, even as I was watching it! It’s one of those films where not a lot actually happens while still being captivating at the same time. A modern kind-of-romance-but-not-really, and I just thought it was so intimate and beautiful.

Unbroken
If you’re wondering why I’ve recommended a film about an ex-Olympian in a Japanese POW camp in WW2 then this probably already isn't for you. It’s so much more than a war story – it’s about friendship and strength and resilience, and it’s based on a true story which makes it all the more gripping. One of the best films I’ve watched in AGES.

Rick & Morty
I’ve talked about Rick and Morty on my blog before, and I tweet about it aaall the time. The third season is coming out very soon so if you haven’t seen it yet WATCH IT NOW. Dark and super inappropriate humour, sci-fi elements and just completely nonsensical. Literally one of the best thing on TV. I went there.

Still Alice
This is quite an old film now I think, and not exactly a hidden gem as it was nominated for Oscars and all sorts. It’s about a woman diagnosed with early onset dementia and her decline, so expect some pretty upsetting scenes and it’s definitely not a “feel good” film but I was so gripped and invested in it.

Waffle Street
How I even found this film I couldn’t tell you, but I’m glad I did. It took me a little bit to get into it and get what was going on but as soon as he starts working towards buying his own franchise (It’ll make sense when you watch it), I was hooked. Another one based on a true story; it’s not particularly funny or sad or dramatic but you’re really rooting for the main character and it’s a good watch!

The Interview
I think everyone has seen this film now and it’s literally one of the weirdest films I’ve ever seen, although NOTHING beats Sausage Party for pure weirdness… I’ve got to be honest, I think this would go slightly over the heads of people who aren’t at all up on world politics or culture as there are some subtle jokes and you have to understand the context BUT I thought it was genius. And stupid at the same time.

Please please please leave me some recommendations for the best of Netflix OR whether you have seen these and what you thought!

  5. We all love animated flicks and they are so much fun to watch. Some of the most popular flicks like Stuart Little, Toy Story, Ice Age and top Indian mythological movies like Hanuman Ramayana and Mahabharata are really amazing and amusive to experience with friends and family.

Luckily I was directed to a very powerful spell caster Dr Emu who helped me cast a spell of reconciliation on our Relationship and he brought back my wife and now she loves me far more than ever.. I'm so happy with life now. Thank you so much Dr Emu, kindly Contact  Dr Emu Today and get any kind of help you want.. Via Email emutemple@gmail.com or Call/WhatsApp +2347012841542
