My DecemBeard #Bubblebeard*

We've all heard of "Stoptober" and "Movember" and this is the month of DecemBeard, which is a campaign with special significance to me. DecemBeard encourages men to ditch their shaving routine throughout the month of December and a grow a beard with the aim of raising both money and awareness for bowel cancer.

Now, for those of us who can't grow a beard (thank goodness, is all I have to say about that), Bathstore is challenging us to create a bubble beard. In my mind, anything that can help those suffering from such an awful disease while having a bit of fun playing with bubbles is a no brainer!

I created my #bubblebeard and donated £2 to the cause and would absolutely love as many of you as possible to do the same. It is an illness very close to my heart as members of my family have suffered, but thankfully beaten, bowel cancer so when Bathstore asked me to get involved with the campaign I was happy for the opportunity to spread some awareness. Loads of famous faces have gotten involved with the campaign - the Saracens rugby team, Chris Stark and Kate Garraway which is so lovely to see.

So please get sculpting your beards and don't forget to donate and share your picture with the hashtag #bubblebeard - I'd love to see some of your beard selfies!! To donate: text BUBL15 to 70070 to make a £2 donation.
